The Win-Bur-Sew Fire Protection District recently received new Zoll Series X cardiac monitors.  The Fire District will use the new more advanced cardiac monitors to replace out dated and no longer maintenance supported monitors they had purchased in 2008.

“We are very excited to make this upgrade in such a critical piece of medical equipment,” stated Fire Chief Robert Martin.  “These monitors allow us to deliver the same Paramedic Advance Life Support Care (ALS), like defibrillation, 12 Lead and Cardiac Pacing, as we have always had, but these units are much lighter, more efficient and come with very advanced EMS reporting interface. So it’s a big deal for our crews but more importantly for our customers.”
