At the Loves Park City Council meeting on June 25, aldermen approved a resolution allowing the public works manager to hire assistance with drainage ditch maintenance in the city. The resolution includes “but is not limited to tree removal, excavation, hauling, and materials for the purpose of assisting the street department in maintaining various drainage ditches and channels throughout the city” from June 28, 2018 to April 30, 2019.

Furthermore, “cost for all services shall not exceed $100,000.”

An agreement was authorized between the city and Paratransit for “fixed route service” to Loves Park.

A temporary liquor license wasokayed for the Ski Broncs.
