Members of Elev815, a volunteer group that supports businesses and communities in the Stateline area, wanted local law enforcement agencies to know that the people of Roscoe, Rockton and South Beloit support them.

On Thursday morning, June 25, some of the Elev815 members dropped by all three police stations with large boxes of assorted doughnuts from The Mix, an ice cream and pastries shop located at 151 Hawick St. in Rockton.

A thank-you message accompanied the treats letting the officers and staff know that they are appreciated for all that they do to keep our communities safe.
