Awards were based on 4-H members’ projects, completed record books and award applications.

County Awards

The Krieg-Manring 4-H Angel Award, sponsored by the Victor and Mildred Krieg and Helen Manring Memorial, went to Diane Cleland and Robin Kindberg.

Outstanding Historian, sponsored by Boone County 4-H Federation, went to Justin Irwin.

Secretary of the Year, sponsored by Winnebago-Boone County Farm Bureau, went to Junior Secretary Nicolas Castillo and Senior Secretary Chloe Gustafson.
