ROSCOE – This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Young Artist Show, sponsored by the Rockford Art Museum.

Each year the event showcases outstanding examples of student talent and the strength and diversity of art programs throughout the area.

Opening day for the Young Artist Show is Sunday, April 10, 1 to 3 p.m., with the show running through May 8.

Several pieces by students in the Kinnikinnick School District will be on display at the Young Artist Show. Ledgewood, Stone Creek, Kinnikinnick and Roscoe Middle School are represented.
