4-H announces dog obedience show results
The 4-H Dog Obedience Show was held on Saturday, July 16 at the Boone County Fairgrounds.
The following are the winners from the show.
The Grand Champion for Beginner Novice I went to Rachel Marrone of Hampshire. She received a plaque donated by State Street Animal Clinic.
The Reserve Champion Beginner Novice winner was Hayden Aves of Belvidere.
The Grand Champion Beginner Novice II winner was Madison Lutzow of Belvidere. She received a plaque donated by State Street Animal Clinic.
The Reserve Champion Beginner Novice II winner was Charlie Andres of Poplar Grove.
The Grand Champion Pre-Novice Class winner was Justin Irwin of Belvidere. He received a plaque donated by State Street Animal Clinic.
The Reserve Champion Pre-Novice Class was Zachary Wiseman of Poplar Grove.
The Best Junior Handler winner went to Madison Lutzow of Belvidere. She received a plaque donated by Kishwaukee Kennel Club.
The Reserve Junior Handler was Charlie Andres of Poplar Grove.
The Best Senior Handler winner was Michael Gill of Rockford. He received a plaque donated by State Street Animal Rescue.
The Jester Memorial Award for Most Improved Trainer went to Willard Rozanas of Rockford. He received a traveling trophy and plaque from the June Harms Memorial Fund.
The Beginner Novice I blue rating recipients were Hayden Aves of Belvidere, Seth Knuffman of Belvidere, Rachel Marrone of Hampshire, and Willard Rozanas of Rockford.
The Beginner Novice II blue ratings recipients were Charlie Andres of Poplar Grove, Emma Cordray of Belvidere, Noah DeBruyne of Garden Prairie, Madison Lutzow of Belvidere, and Walter Taylor of Capron.
The Pre-Novice blue ratings recipients were Michael Gill of Rockford, Justin Irwin of Belvidere, and Zachary Wiseman of Poplar Grove.
The Junior Showmanship blue rating recipients were Charlie Andres of Poplar Grove, Madison Lutzow of Belvidere, and Rachel Marrone of Hampshire.
The Senior Showmanship blue rating recipient was Michael Gill of Rockford.
