Jim Peterik to rock the Fifth Annual National Piano Conference. Jim Peterik was lead vocalist, guitarist and songwriter for the group The Ides of March from 1964 – 1973. Their classic song “Vehicle” propelled the band to number one on the national charts. He is also the co-founder of the group Survivor. Spanning nine albums from 1980 – 1993. He was responsible for the keyboard work and some guitar work as well as writing or co-writing all of Survivors material. Some of Survivor’s greatest hits were “Eye of the Tiger”, “The Search is Over”, “I Can’t Hold Back”, “Is This Love?”, “High on You”, as well as “Burning Heart”.
