The 46th annual Hononegah Womans Club’s annual Arts and Crafts Show was held on Sunday, Aug. 21, in Settlers Park at the intersection of Blackhawk and Hawick St. in Rockton.

The fair was held for the first time at the Settlers Park location. The new location provided plenty of space for an estimated 50 booths, including food vendors. Womans Club members Cindy Wallen and Marianne Mueller co-chaired the fundraising event.

In addition to a wide variety of crafts and art pieces, a choice of foods and beverages were offered this year, including: kettle corn, ice cream, soft drinks and Chinese and Mexican cuisine.

“Fred and Ginger,” a musical duo provided music at the gazebo throughout the afternoon.

Proceeds from the show support the Club’s service projects including scholarships and camp-ships for local students.
