Brian M. Chambers, 53, of Rock Township, died on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at home. He was born in Rockford on April 25, 1963, the son of George and Dana (Peterson) Chambers. He married Kelly Richardson in Rockford, on Nov. 14, 1987.

Brian opened One Stop Tackle in Rockton, Ill. in 1992, founded Prime Time Pizza in Beloit in 1994, and built the Lustig Park Disc Golf Course. He enjoyed fishing, collecting lures, baseball cards, metal detecting, scroll sawing, camping up north, RVing, classic cars, disc golfing, TV with the grandchildren, and was an avid Chicago Bears and NASCAR fan.

Brian is survived by his son, Michael (Jessica) Chambers of Janesville; three grandchildren: Madison, Brooklyn and Cashton; three brothers: Jerome (Bernie) Chambers, Scott (Sue) Chambers and Jason (Heather) Chambers all of Janesville; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Schneider Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Ridley Usherwood officiating. A visitation will be held on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at Schneider Funeral Home.
