BELVIDERE – On Saturday, Jan. 16 the youth bowlers met again to find out who could be the top bowler in each category in the Junior Bowling League.
The Junior Bowling League has four different categories for four different age groups of bowlers.
The first Junior Bowling League division is the Cookies and Milk league for the youngest bowlers who are early beginners in the sport. Cora Jones was the highest scoring bowler with a score of 71 points.
In the second Junior Bowling League category is the Bantams league. In this category, Angelica Robles was the top bowler with a score of 72 and a 129 series.
In the third category, the Preps, Rhiannon Kemmer scored the highest with a 159 game and a 310 series. Parker Morris had the highest series game with a 429 series.
In the fourth and final division, the Junior Majors, Aaron Rochon scored the highest with a 209 game and 548 series. Jessica Van Fleet had the highest scoring game for the women with a 187 game and a 513 series.
