Ebeneezer Brown Eatery and Pub celebrates grand re-opening

ROSCOE – About a year ago, after extensive renovations, Ebeneezer Brown Restaurant, 4866 Bluestem Road in Roscoe, opened their doors in the former DiGiovanni’s Restaurant location.
On Saturday, Aug. 29, a new and improved Ebeneezer Brown celebrated a grand re-opening.
Katie Leahy and Ashley Stupka are the new managers.
“We have a new menu and extended hours, opening at 11 a.m. We are now open for lunch seven days a week,” Leahy said.
The restaurant’s has a large banquet room available for special events. The room can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Stupka said there are menu specials every day. Tuesday’s specials are tacos and margaritas. A fish fry is available on Friday nights, and Wednesday ‘s special is wine and pasta. “Happy Hour will start up later in the month.”
At Saturday’s grand opening, Matt Roberts entertained patrons, 2 to 7 p.m. Later in the evening, Jamie Campbell and the Red Neck Romeos took over the small stage.
Randy and Nancy Loomis and Jim and Bridget Stringham are the owners of Ebeneezer Brown Eatery and Pub.
