Huskies girls bowling maintain perfect record
Harlem’s girls bowling won another tournament this past weekend, dominating the East Invitational at Don Carter Lanes.
Harlem had three of the top 10 bowlers. Ashlin Teves took first with a 1,281 score over six games and Miranda Klenz was second at 1,266. Alexis Born was seventh with a 1,152 score.
Harlem’s girls bowling program has won every tournament that it has entered this season.
Harlem’s boys bowling split up its teams to compete in two tournaments. Harlem was the Freeport Sport Shot tournament and finished ninth at the East Invitational.
Harlem’s swim team took third out of six teams at the 65th Annual Vito Lopin Relays at Jefferson High School.
Bo Shields and Evan McDonald teamed up to win two events, the 2×100 yard freestyle and the 2×75 yard freestyle.
