This summer, the J&J Charmers Dance Team traveled to Orlando, FLA to attend Hall of Fame Dance Challenge’s National Competition. Studios from all over the United States and the world were in attendance, including countries like Mexico, Canada, and even as far away as Australia. The Charmers did an amazing job this season, and had a wonderful year-end at nationals earning three Platinum level awards, and 20 High-gold awards. Several of our highlights include senior soloist, Kristi Luna, receiving a Platinum award for her self-choreographed routine, “Car Radio”.

Madisyn Gearhart received a Judges Choice Award and Platinum award for her self-choreographed solo “Untitled 8”.

Kerigen Hoffman received a Platinum award, a Judges Choice Award, and made it into the top 10 soloists for her age category.

Dezyrae Hoffman also received a Top Costume Award.

The Alice in Wonderland themed jazz dance also received a Top Costume Award!

Four J&J Charmers Dancers, Payton Kasper, Kerigen Hoffman, Emmiana Rottler, and Madisyn Gearhart were able to perform in the Hall of Fame opening performance! It was a great opportunity to work with other dancers, as well as other choreographers.

The J&J Charmers Dance Team is off to a great start for the new season, and are looking forward to another amazing competitive season. For more information on J&J’s recreational and competitive dance programs, please feel free to call us at (815)-239-1558, or visit our webpage at jjchampions.com.
