Meridian CUSD hosts staff CPR training
STILMMAN VALLEY – Staff CPR training was recently held in the Meridian School District. Those who attended the class were certified through the American Heart Association’s Family and Friends CPR course. This training was provided by the Stillman Valley Fire Protection District and generously funded through a grant from the Meridian Education Foundation. “Training teachers and staff at basic level CPR is of great importance. The participants will be better off at work and at home for having this training. CPR gives people a chance when they may not have one at all. Great job to those who took the course,” says Stillman Valley Fire Chief, Chad Hoefle.
The district would like to thank the Meridian Education Foundation, Chief Hoefle, and our CPR instructors, Zach Oltmanns and Matt DeVries, for making this possible.
