Angel Treasures II Resale Shop held an open house for their new location on Elida St. in Winnebago on Dec. 8. At 4 p.m. that day they had their official ribbon cutting.     Angel Treasures II Resale Shop held their official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony in Winnebago this past Friday, Dec. 8. The original store, that has been located on Benton St., has now moved to 102 N. Elida St. and has been open since around the end of October.

Chamber of Commerce President Stephanie King is hopeful that the new location will generate more attention. “Getting the word out that now this store is on the main strip in town has curb appeal and will bring in more folks to help the cause,” she said.

Their Winnebago shop is one of three operated by Serenity Home & Hospice located in Oregon. All profits generated from the resale shop go back to the organization. Store hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and closed on Sunday.

Their two other locations include shops in Mt. Morris and Dixon.
