Pat Donahue named Oregon’s Citizen of the Year
Stillman Bank Senior Vice President Pat Donahue was recently awarded the 2016 Oregon “Citizen of the Year” award. This award, given by the Oregon Chamber of Commerce, is presented to an individual who strives to make a powerful difference in the community in ways that inspire others to volunteer.
Among his many contributions, Pat serves as Vice President of the Village of Progress Foundation Board, is a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Oregon Chamber of Commerce. Just recently, he became involved with the Oregon Economic and Community Development Commission for the City of Oregon as well as the Oregon Together project. Pat is also active with St. Mary’s Church in Oregon and with various Oregon School District activities including being a former Lady Hawk basketball coach. Before coming to Stillman Bank, Pat was a local business owner for 15 years.
The award was presented at the Oregon Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner that took place Thursday, Aug. 18, at Maxon’s Restaurant.
