Splish, Splash, Splat!
Little squirts and big drips can help us splat the parking lot on Friday, Aug. 2 for Discovery Center’s Family Friday event Splish, Splash, Splat!
Witness our giant slingshot as we send things flying. Drench is the word when experimenting with water balloon ballistics. Mess around with messy stuff, splash together some dripping art, and use unusual techniques to move water. Dress to get wet. Activities are ongoing from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
All activities included with admission: $9/Public; Free to Members and all children ages one and younger. Sponsored a grant from the Illinois Arts Council Agency.
