Stillman man among 29 arrested in drug sale investigation
STATELINE – Winnebago County State’s Attorney Joe Bruscato announces charges against dozens of individuals after a lengthy investigation into drug sales that spanned several counties. The investigation was conducted by members of the Rockford Police Dept. and the Drug Enforcement Agency.
The following is a list of all the individuals arrested and charged in connection to this drug operation:

Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance is an Enhanced Class X Felony that is punishable by a sentence of 9-40 years in the Illinois Dept. of Corrections (truth in sentencing applies maximum fine of $500,000 followed by three years of Mandatory Supervised Release
Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance is a Class X Felony that is punishable by a sentence of 6-30 years in the Illinois Dept. of Corrections followed by three years of Mandatory Supervised Release
Delivery of a Controlled Substance is a Class 1 Felony that is punishable by a sentence of 4-15 years in the Illinois Dept. of Corrections followed by two years of Mandatory Supervised Release.
Possession with Intent to Deliver Cannabis is a Class 2 Felony that is punishable by a sentence of 3-7 years in the Illinois Dept. of Corrections followed by two years of Mandatory Supervised Release.
Possession of Cannabis Satvia Plants is a Class 3 Felony that is punishable by a sentence of 2-5 years in the Illinois Dept. of Corrections followed by a year of Mandatory Supervised Release.
Delivery of Cannabis is a Class 4 Felony that is punishable by a sentence of 1-3 years in the Illinois Dept. of Corrections followed by one year of Mandatory Supervised Release.
Unlawful Criminal Drug Conspiracy is a Class 4 Felony that is punishable by a sentence of 1-3 years in the Illinois Dept. of Corrections followed by one year of Mandatory Supervised Release.
Possession of a Controlled Substance is a Class 4 Felony that is punishable by a sentence of 1-3 years in the Illinois Dept. of Corrections followed by one year of Mandatory Supervised Release.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty in a court of law.
