Stillman Valley High School celebrates 90th anniversary
May Day is a long-standing favored tradition at Stillman Valley High School. On April 29, the 90th anniversary of the pageant was celebrated, and former May Queens were invited to attend.
This year’s May Queen, Lillie Doss, was crowned and 29 former May Queens were there along with community members enjoying the annual celebration.
It was a wonderful evening filled with reconnecting with good friends and honoring high school seniors earning the distinction of being selected for the May Court. This year’s May Court included Lillie Doss (Queen), Megan Gale, Anna Hagemann, Clare Montavon, Colleen Roberts, and Addison Wythe. The crown bearer was Trey Mellon and the flower girl was Skyla Johnson. Thank you to all who came out to support the pageant. The event is hosted by the SVHS Student Council.
