Hang It Up Art Sale has something for everyone

	The Hang It Up fundraiser for the Cherry Valley Library drew hundreds of donations of paintings, photos, quilts, and anything to be placed on a wall.

“We are raising money for an expansion of the building. It will contain a new Youth Services Program room. We also want to install a drive-up book return. That is our goal.

	Vince Melillo of Belvidere began beekeeping this year and has already seen great success.

Melillo has been documenting his fledgling business on YouTube. He split his hives in July and now has four producing hives still within his first year of beekeeping.

2018 Chamber Chili Competition results

	Generations Chiropractic Wellness won the Chamber Chili Competition with a chili made of venison, elk, and bear.

This year the long-running annual event had 30 Chamber of Commerce members competing, 17 sets of judges (judges work in pairs), and a possible score of 850 points.
